Hello, I’m Dympna, I’ve formally been decluttering and organising people’s spaces as a professional since December 2015, when both my girls started school. Although, really, I’ve been doing it much longer. I grew up in a cluttered home so since childhood, it has been important for me to make rooms tidy and feel pleasant. In my previous city career, I’ve set up and run offices, as office and operations manager.
I love transforming a mess so it’s aesthetically pleasing and organised. It’s a privilege to be allowed into a personal space and organise possessions. I relish the challenge of resetting a room, the joy of finding treasured items, so it is comfortable, calm and very personal to the individual.
I’m a member of APDO (the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers in the UK), have Professional Indemnity & Liability Insurance and registered with the ICO.
