Jenny helped declutter my wardrobe, my one year old's toys, as well as the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry cupboard. She was fabulously well organised, both in terms of process and materials (eg. labels). She helped me quickly sort into categories (storage, charity, bin and keep). Storage was packed up and all labelled; items to keep were given a home to keep everything tidy. The house was left beautifully tidy at the end of the day and I was left with great sense of relief. Jenny's style is a great balance of gentle but firm - I never felt pressured or judged, but when necessary she lead me to make key decisions with friendly pragmatic advice. Honest and consummately professional, I'd recommend Jenny to anyone who is serious about wanting to clear out their accumulated junk but struggles to find time or bandwidth to do so in a busy life.
Jenny helped pack up our house in advance of moving house. We have a toddler and I was seven months pregnant - so we needed to pack for our child and take everything we'd need for the birth and then newborn. During the three days, Jenny worked continuously - always cheerful, friendly and supportive. From day one I was instilled with a sense of confidence that we'd get it all done thanks to Jenny's calm confidence and professionalism. She's brilliant at gently helping you keep focussed and on track - and when I had thinking to do or decisions to make, she'd pack up another part of the house or do a run to the charity shop to give me space so I never felt pressured - just great empathy. Three days later it was all done - everything in storage is labelled so will be easy to manage when we're back.
I felt overwhelmed by the sheer quantity of belongings I had accumulated over a number of years. From the moment I met Jenny, I knew I could work with her and achieve my goal of clearing the house so I was no longer embarrassed to have friends and family round. I found the process too much at times but Jenny was so kind and helpful, her natural empathy meant that she could recognise when we had reached a point in the day when I needed a break or to stop for the day. Jenny is very flexible and always positive about what we could get done. I cannot recommend Jenny more highly and I will continue to have her back to keep me on track in the house!
I was desperate to sort out my paperwork backlog when l booked a session with Jenny. On meeting Jenny, friendly and so professional and calming, we just worked as if we had been friends and colleagues for ever. Three visits sorted out the bulk of the paperwork but l look forward to having Jenny back again in the near future to help with other matters. Great service - thank you so much!
