There is no “one size fits all” solution for decluttering and/or organising homes - each person, each home and each set of circumstances are all unique and require a tailored approach, which is what I offer. My approach is to work with you, not for you, in a non-prescriptive way, offering practical solutions. I can help as much or as little as you would like. Wherever possible, I encourage recycling, up-cycling and re-purposing - only putting into landfill what can't be given to friends, family, charity or recycled.
I am creative with an eye for detail and enjoy searching for practical solutions. Your personality, way of life, lifestyle and your possessions all need to be taken into account in any changes that may be made.
I am open and honest as well as being approachable, reliable and organised. I respect the importance attached to privacy, discretion and confidentiality in working with clients. I will listen to you, offer suggestions, generate ideas and provide practical and hands-on assistance but ultimately it is your home and what you want to achieve is the focus of our work together.

Clearing out your parents’ home is an emotional event and knowing where to start is a daunting experience. Thankfully, Susanna helped to take away the stress and time of dealing with this. Susanna’s organization and knowledge of the best charity shops enabled the house to be stripped down to the bare essentials ready for viewing and eventual sale, all the time dealing very respectfully with the job at hand. We were delighted with the end result and glad to have the support of a professional.
Susanna came to my house when I was in the midst of swapping two bedrooms over (and failing at it!). She took charge of it all and somehow managed to swap the two bedrooms round and had them packed, unpacked, decluttered and styled all in just two days. Susanna has absolutely transformed my flat. I knew I needed a complete declutter, advice on furniture layout, curtains and blinds, colour schemes, and I also wanted to create a workstation in my large kitchen. Susanna went from room to room, clarifying the function of each room and looking carefully at the room's features. She moved furniture around to try new layouts, opened cupboards to discuss the contents and gave me amazing ideas that I would never have thought of. In between sessions, I had tasks to complete. Susanna has a fantastic sense of style combined with a practical and logical mindset. She is also extremely hands-on. My home is now decluttered, looks beautiful and functions well. I cannot recommend Susanna highly enough for any home requiring a declutter, a re-style or a revamp.
I wanted to sell my town house but having lived there for twenty-five years, I knew it needed decluttering and staging before I invited estate agents to see it. If I hadn’t had Susanna’s help it would have taken forever or maybe I would have given up! Also it wouldn’t have looked as good at the end of the job. Apart from the contents of my filing cabinet and my huge collection of photos (which I wanted to do myself), Susanna did it all. We went through every item. Susanna packed everything into boxes according to what was to happen to them: charity, family or my new home. She put furniture that was not to be used for staging in the garage. Susanna used a recycling company rather than sending things to landfill. She knew which charity would collect books for their shops, which would collect furniture etc. She sourced what was needed for staging the house from charity shops, eBay, etc. saving the planet and saving me money. Susanna is efficient, kind, helpful and thoughtful. She was always ready to agree when I wanted things a certain way, or changed my mind. She is physically strong when it comes to lifting and has great stamina. She obviously loves her work and puts her whole self into it. I happily recommend her.
