Pauline has worked wonders and our kitchen and dining rooms are now a pleasure to be in. The dining room floor is clear for the first time in years and both rooms are so much easier to use with clear surfaces and ordered cupboards and shelves. She has also transformed our hallway - what was an obstacle course of shoes and outerwear, is now a calm space where everything has its place and shoes can be easily accessed and put away. I have four children and my mother living with me, and all the paraphernalia and accumulated stuff that accompanies a large active family. Pauline has worked tirelessly with sensitivity and respect to create order and better organised space for us all to enjoy. She has been a real lifesaver at a time when I was really struggling to cope. She is lovely to work with positive, encouraging, efficient and hardworking and I am looking forward to tackling more rooms and continuing to overhaul and reduce my paperwork (which is already so much easier to manage).

I would not have believed it possible that my chaotic flat would ever get sorted out and the mess was making me despondent and depressed. I can tell you that once we finished yesterday, I invited friends round which I have not been able to do for six months, and when I woke up this morning I actually felt happy as everything now has its place. It has been such a fantastic experience; Jo is amazing, the way she goes through everything is so logical and methodical that it breaks what seems like an overwhelming job down into manageable chunks. She’s also incredibly respectful and careful with everything as she goes through it and categorises it and helps you work through what you want to keep, recycle, give away, sell or dump. I’d been going around in circles trying to do everything at once and then running out of time and shoving it all back in cupboards again, but with Jo’s help we’ve worked our way through room by room and the change has been sustainable - it won’t drift back because there’s finally a place *for* everything rather than lots of places *with* everything. I used to love organising things but the build up of ‘stuff’ from 15 years in the house, made it an overwhelming task and something that was a constant source of worry and stress. Due to Lily's outstanding work in my craft room I further employed her to clear an outside shed (untouched for 18 years). Again she was more than equal to the task, completing it in what I considered record time. I would recommend Lily without hesitation to all in need of assistance with decluttering and organisation. I was dreading the task of clearing and sorting my garage and my shed (where there was about two square feet of clear space!). I simply didn’t have the time or energy to do it. But with Kim’s methodical approach and excellent organisational skills, the job took half the time I had expected and actually became an enjoyable experience. Jenny helped declutter my wardrobe, my one year old's toys, as well as the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry cupboard. She was fabulously well organised, both in terms of process and materials (eg. labels). She helped me quickly sort into categories (storage, charity, bin and keep). Storage was packed up and all labelled; items to keep were given a home to keep everything tidy. The house was left beautifully tidy at the end of the day and I was left with great sense of relief. Jenny's style is a great balance of gentle but firm - I never felt pressured or judged, but when necessary she lead me to make key decisions with friendly pragmatic advice. Honest and consummately professional, I'd recommend Jenny to anyone who is serious about wanting to clear out their accumulated junk but struggles to find time or bandwidth to do so in a busy life.

What a wonderful Organizer Helen is! She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable in her craft and is fast as well. I booked a 7 hour session with her for my wardrobe/bedroom/office space- our bedroom is a multi-functional space that has gone haywire! She came into our mess and was able to figure out ways of creating some organization. I will need to book another session with her because 7 hours for our mess just wasn't enough. I am hoping that by the end of the next session I can actually feel less stressed out in our own space and feel welcome. I can't wait! Thanks SO much for all your help and hard work yesterday. I can’t believe how much we got done in 6 hours! I had been so anxious about it all, but you helped me to make difficult decisions without pressuring at all. It was so fantastic to take four bags of toys, jigsaws, games, bags and assorted household items to the charity shop, as well as rediscovering some treasures that I had lost track of. Having moved from a small flat to a larger house – our clutter has just accumulated! We lacked motivation and still had boxes of books and crockery from our move a few years ago still unpacked so we needed assistance! Sophie was a great practical help. She is great at being motivational but sensitive. The result has been great! The boxes of books and crockery are now unpacked (and packed again for charity shop!) and we will be starting on the shed when the weather improves next year!
After 30 years in the same home, we finally decided the time had arrived for us to downsize. We knew we had to “declutter” but found it very difficult to decide what should go. Fortunately, we were introduced to Jennie who was cheerful and courteous throughout. She was able to suggest what we might leave behind. With Jennie's help we found making decisions easy. We worked together and, when the job was complete, Jennie even took our donations to the local charity shop.
Charlotte came to my home to help me organise and sort my belongings at a time when it was all getting on top of me at home. She started by helping me work through my wardrobe, including coats, shoes, bags etc. Charlotte is very efficient and practical as well as sensitive and kind. She helped me understand I had been attaching emotion to certain items I no longer used or wore, these items were simply taking up space and cluttering my home.We sorted everything into piles of things to keep, sell and give to charity, and by the time we had finished I had a wardrobe of items I loved and will wear, and I barely remembered the things I had taken away.I was able to put this practice into other areas of my home and to remove items that no longer serve a purpose to me. I am very grateful to Charlotte for teaching me this skill and would highly recommend her to work in other people's homes to help them achieve a more organised and calm space.
I’m quite an anxious person and Laura made me feel at ease with her very friendly approach. I was so happy to have found someone to help me clear out years of paperwork and clutter I had accumulated. It’s so nice to have space to sit down and my mind feels much clearer. I am so grateful to Daisy, there really aren't enough words. But I can tell you that working with her made me feel transformed; so much lighter both physically and mentally. In just a couple of days, she helped me to identify 18 bags of items that I no longer need or use. It's been an unexpected joy to rediscover and appreciate things that were buried, and I've since gone on to reduce down further, using the skills she carefully coached me in. I wish I had found her years ago! Think of her like a personal trainer to help you get fitter at organising. And know she has the loveliest, most thoughtful and supportive approach that will set you in good stead for when she's moved on to her next charge!
Anita is simply brilliant – she was able to transform an unmanageable mess into ordered and organised rooms where we can find everything. Having downsized from a large house into a small flat, it was full of things we didn’t really need and no longer had storage for. Anita was able to help us decide what to keep and what to throw away, helping us clear and organise three rooms successfully. It feels like a home again. We cannot stress it enough – she is fabulous and also very kind – we never felt judged about our messy home, she just came in and got on with it, involving us in all decisions. A huge, huge help!

Linda was incredible, she enters the home without judgement or intrusive questions but instead leads with compassion, kindness and an open curiosity to know more in order to fix things long term. Learning about her method was eye opening and the pace in which she worked was astounding. The results were unbelievable, the whole house went from chaos to calm with Linda’s service, the whole family benefitted from her warmth and fantastic skill set. The new organised home has made it a place to retreat and enjoy rather than endure. I was hesitant to use an organising service because I didn't want people to go through my stuff, but everything was so cluttered and jumbled, that I just couldn't find things anymore. Honestly, I didn't realise the huge difference having Sheena's help would make. Life is less frustrating in my home because it's so much easier to get to the things that I DO use. It's given me more space.

I asked Christal to help sort my utility room which had been gathering stuff for years. Christal supported me to decide what to keep and what to get rid of. I ended up with loads of extra space. I found all of the things I’d forgotten I had. I am so pleased I decided to invest in working with Christal. She worked really hard and was so efficient. I was thankful that she was not at all judgemental about my mess. And best of all she was lovely and patient with me, I still can't believe what she achieved in one session! I had tried to do it myself so many times in the past but really didn't have the time or the vision so only ever did half a job. Next, the kids rooms!
Before my session with Maria, I felt overwhelmed, stressed, knowing I needed to sort things out, but didn't have enough time. The biggest benefit of the session was creating space, so everything has a home, removing items from the home and folding techniques to maximise space, but also look nice!

Huge thanks to Francesca who helped me tidy and clear our study which had become a major dumping ground for all our junk and paperwork. It’s been on my to do list for a while but having made an appointment with Francesca, there was no avoiding it. She wasn’t daunted by the chaos and calmly set out how we would approach it and we just got on with it! The fact that she was with me meant I was a bit more brave about throwing things/donating stuff to charity, which was definitely helpful. We achieved everything we wanted and it was great that Francesca took all the charity donations with her as no doubt if she hadn’t done, that would have been another job I didn’t get round to doing and the room would have ended up pretty much as full as we started!
Despite my best intentions I am a rather chaotic person, partly due to my personality and partly due to life circumstances. I had reached a point where my clutter and mess was making me feel miserable and stuck, and I just didn’t know where to start. I just ignored it but it did not go away by itself. Katharine helped me to sort out various things, most notably my paperwork. She was kind and supportive and I never felt judged, even though some of my most important paperwork was unearthed at the bottom of a bag of wool. She helped me sort out systems to make it work for me in future, and patiently went through all my mess with me, so that it was almost fun. A few weeks later I happily found that instead of taking a few hours, getting the paperwork for my tax return took me a few minutes as it was all in the file marked ‘finances’ instead being all over the floor and in mystery bags in a heap.
